If the item(s) you ordered is faulty, defective, or damaged (not your fault), or you did not purchase the item(s), or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you could make a return or exchange within seven days of receipt. All returned products must be from our store (online store) and have not cut off the tag, not used, not opened, not stained or damaged, and retain the original packaging materials.
If the items you purchased as part of a set or a multi-items pack or comes with a gift, the customer must return the gift or the whole set of products when returning the product.
