Shipping policy
HKSAR/MCSAR:
Delivery typically takes around 2-3 days. The customer will receive a notification with the tracking number to inquire about the shipment status.
HKSAR: Free shipping
MCSAR: Free shipping on any three items
Self Pickup:
Free shipping. Within 1-2 days, customers are required to present the order notification for pickup at the address: 613, 505 Hennessy Rd, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
Service time: Monday to Sunday(Except Wednesday and Saturday), 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
International Shipping:
International shipping takes more time to deliver, sometimes due to customs clearance delays, and delivery takes a few extra days compared to Hong Kong to be fulfill your order (usually around 7-24 business days, depending on your destination)
We ship to the following countries. Please note that some countries or regions may require the recipient to collect their package from the nearby post office themselves. This situation depends on the destination's postal service arrangement.

Customers should be aware that the items ordered must comply with import regulations and should be granted for import, and may be subject to import duties and, depending on the country, may require specific import procedures. We do not accept customs-related issues as reasons for return or refund. If the order needs to be returned due to a customs issue, process, or tax-related issue, we will arrange for it to be reshipped to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
There may also be a return shipping cost, which will be determined by the postal services. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of the actual arrangement via email.
Duties and Taxes:
For the Hong Kong SAR / Macau SAR, the price you see in our store is the actual price you pay us. This includes your import duties.
For other countries/regions, the customer is solely responsible for the import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region. Customers should check their local customs office before purchasing, and the price in our store does not reflect or include these duties/taxes. We do not accept returns due to import duties/taxes/customs issues.
